Privacy Policy

Express Phone Repair is an electronics repair company that repairs and refurbishes customer/client electronic

devices that include, but are not limited to, cell phones, tablets, desktop and laptop computers, and video game consoles.

Services provided will include a 90-day limited warranty against defective parts and/or service. Warranty void if ANY

physical damage is present to the affected part(s), OR if physical damage can be reasonably determined to cause

abnormal device behavior, during time of filing a warranty request. Warranty is also void and not applicable to devices

that have evidence of liquid damage.

Due to the nature of electronics repair, unforeseen issues can complicate the repair process. Express Phone

Repair is NOT RESPONSIBLE for loss of data, customer is advised to perform regular, scheduled, data backups to external

sources. Furthermore, you acknowledge that there may be additional damage/issues with the device that may not be

immediately apparent to you or our technicians. If any damage occurs during repair, Express Phone Repair is not liable

for the damage(s).

If Express Phone Repair does not receive payment for goods/services rendered within 30 calendar days of service

completion, the customer relinquishes ownership of the aforementioned property to Express Phone Repair, and we will

reserve the right to recycle/resell the device(s) and/or parts in lieu of payment.
